We have updated our Support Form

Due to the number of concurrent active Safety Alerts and the volume of product affected, we are experiencing delays in processing all support requests, including warranty, repairs and spare parts. Delays can be between 2 and 4 weeks at present. We apologise for any inconvenience.

ASSISTED SUPPORT

As of 1/4/2025 we have updated our Support form. End Users/Consumers and Retail Stores can use the same Support Form, you will be asked different questions based on your customer type. If you have a Spare Parts or Stove Service enquiry, please use this form as well.

Note: Retail Stores should ONLY complete the Dealer/Retailer Support Request form for ALL store Requests.
