Work at Height Sales Representative/Professional Market Segment Account Manager

Spelean has an excellent opportunity for a Work at Height Sales Representative/Professional Market Segment Account Manager to join our close-knit, fun and adventure spirited team.  This position is full-time and based at our Sydney head office in Artarmon.  

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As part of our sales team, you will responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and building on sales.

• As a Sales Account Manager, you will work closely with the team to actively identify sales opportunities, work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

• You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service focused.

• Ultimately, you should strive to continue to provide our market leading customer experience, be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term retail and end user relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Co-manage our portfolio of Professional and Operator accounts

• Develop positive relationships with those partners

• Identify opportunities for growth and generate new business within existing and potential customer networks

• Report on the status of accounts and transactions

• Suggest actions to improve sales performance, set and track retail partner account targets that are aligned with our objectives

 


 

Warehouse Team Member
 

We have a position vacant for a full time Store Person to join our close-knit, fun and adventure spirited team.  This position is full-time and based at our Sydney head office in Artarmon.  Hours of operation 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role is suited to a well organised person who is self motivated and willing to work as part of a team.  A full Australian drivers licence, good literacy and numeracy skills are required along with a good telephone manner and command of English is essential.  A reasonable level of physical fitness is also required as the job involves a lot of materials handling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Warehouse organisation of storage and dispatch area

•  Picking, checking, packing and dispatch of customer orders, ensuring presentation and accuracy

•  Recording, booking and lodging daily freight collection and ensuring prioritising of required orders

•  Daily collection of parcels from local PO Box

•  The unpacking and checking off of all deliveries

•  Planning storage of incoming stock

•  Keeping the warehouse clean and clear of rubbish

•  Keep all aisle and access areas clean and clear of stock and obstacles

•  Ensuring the warehouse is secure upon leaving for the day

•  Other duties as assigned
